How do I report a safety concern?

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first.

Then tell us. Email [email protected] with the subject Safety concern, or contact support and choose Something else. Include:

• who is involved, and which program or class
• what happened, and when
• any messages or screenshots you have

You can report anything that worries you: a message that made a child uncomfortable, an adult asking a child to talk privately or off the platform, someone in an online class who should not be there, or bullying between students.

We read every safety report the same day. We may pause the person's access while we look into it, and we will tell you what we did. Where the law requires it, we report to the police or to child protection services.
