I do not get notifications
Allow notifications for Nibras in your phone settings, then open the app once.
- Open your phone's Settings → Notifications → Nibras and allow notifications.
- Open the Nibras app and make sure you are signed in — the app registers your phone each time it opens.
- On Android, check that battery saving is not stopping the app.
Notifications go to the phones where you are signed in. If you signed out, sign in again. Still nothing after a day? Contact support.
