How do I report a problem with an organization's page?

Fix wrong details, raise a concern, or ask to manage the page. The Nibras team checks every report.

Every organization on Nibras has a public page. If something on it is wrong, or something worries you, open the page and scroll to Something not right on this page? at the bottom.

What you can report

  • Wrong or outdated information — the name, description, address or logo.
  • Contact details do not work — the email bounces, or the phone number is wrong.
  • A problem with one of its programs — times, fees or age groups, or a program that no longer runs.
  • Closed, listed twice or not real.
  • A safety or conduct concern — child safety, misconduct, fraud, or someone pretending to be the organization.
  • I run this organization — to ask for access to manage the page and its programs.

You do not need an account. If you are signed in, the report is linked to your account and you can follow it under Help & support; otherwise we email you a private link.

What happens next

We read every report, usually within one working day, and safety concerns the same day. We check it with the organization or its own sources before anything on the page changes, and we reply to you by email. Reports are never shown on the page, and we do not give your name to the organization without asking you.

Asking to manage an organization

We confirm every claim with the organization itself before giving anyone access, using the email or phone on its own website. Writing from your email address at the organization makes this quicker. Once confirmed, we add you as an organization admin and you can keep the page up to date yourself.

If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number first. See also How do I report a safety concern?
