My set-password link has expired
Links are valid for a limited time. Ask for a new one from the sign-in page.
For your security, a set-password link only works for a limited time and only once.
- Open the sign-in page.
- Choose Forgot password?
- Enter the email address the link was sent to.
A new link arrives in a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact support — your school may have a different address on file.
