I do not get notifications

Allow notifications for Nibras in your phone settings, then open the app once.

  1. Open your phone's Settings → Notifications → Nibras and allow notifications.
  2. Open the Nibras app and make sure you are signed in — the app registers your phone each time it opens.
  3. On Android, check that battery saving is not stopping the app.

Notifications go to the phones where you are signed in. If you signed out, sign in again. Still nothing after a day? Contact support.
